| Prayers are requested for Karen Wagnon's mom who is still hospitalized and while in the hospital has had a bad reaction due to being over medicated. Please pray for her as this medication works its way out of her system and that she will soon be able to get up and moving around again so that she can soon be released from the hospital. |

| Doris Ball requests prayers for her friend's young son (just graduated in 2007) who most likely has lymphoma cancer. He is to have a biopsy today to confirm whether he does or does not have this type of cancer. Please keep this family in your prayers. |

Prayers are requested for Amanda Willett's mom (Linda) who is still hospitalized with complications related to her diabetes. Pray that she will be better soon so that she can be home again. Pray also for Linda's husband who is concerned for his wife's health.
Donna McLaughlin has several prayer requests to pass along to each of us:
Please pray for Donna who was recently diagnosed with MS. Pray for Donna's work situation and for the Lord to lead and guide her in decisions she will need to make.
Pray for Donna's mom (Virginia) who has been diagnosed with brain cancer and is under hospice care. Pray for her in her last days here that they would be peaceful and with minimal pain. Pray for her family as they deal with this very difficult situation.
Pray also for Donna's daughter (Shannon) for her healing, her salvation and for protection.
Please be in prayer for all of those folks who will be traveling over this holiday weekend. Pray for safe travels to and from!

WOMEN OF FAITH CONFERENCE 2008 TICKETS AVAILABLE - Ladies - If you have not already purchased your tickets for this year's Women of Faith Conference, make plans to do so soon. The date for this year's conference is July 11th and July 12th. MEDICAL MISSIONS TRIP TO GUATEMALA - The next medical missions trip to Guatemala is scheduled for October 11th-18th. The approximate cost for this trip is $1,300. Applications and $500 deposit is due by Sunday, July 6th. Areas of need for volunteers are as follows: physicians, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists - you do not have to have medical background/experience to go on this mission trip! Other areas of help needed are: plan and organize crafts, entertain the children, help with crowd control, general assistance to the medical staff at the medical clinics, etc. If interested, please contact Karen Fenner at (301) 934-2512.

Prayers are requested for Monica Goforth's mom who was just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer which has spread to her liver. Right now the family is weighing all of her options and trying to make a decision as to the best treatment for the cancer. The family is requesting prayers for God to provide them with the wisdom to know what is the best course of action to take and for strength as they proceed.
Please pray for 18 year old Jennifer T. who has been in a coma since Friday and pray also for her family. Tina Minetto requests continued prayers for a friend who we have been praying for over the past couple of weeks. This friend, who lives in North Carolina, lost his wife in a tragic car accident back in March. He will be traveling up to this area for a visit. Please pray for safe travel for Mike and that his visit will be an uplifting one that would reflect God's peace, love and comfort. Also, that God will use Tina's family in a special way to minister to him at this time of tragedy in his life.

Please be in prayer for Chuck Taylor and family as they deal with the death today of Chuck's aunt. Pray for comfort for this family during this difficult time.
Carolyn Rollins requests prayer for a co-worker's father (Francis) who was hospitalized almost two weeks ago. Pray that God would provide the doctors with wisdom for a proper diagnosis so that he can be treated and released from the hospital and begin healing.
Pastor Aaron's dad is doing a bit better today. He is getting some of his strength back and is receptive to therapy that is being done now from his recent hip surgery. Please continue to pray for his health and pray also for the family as they make decisions and work with the medical system to make sure that he is receiving the proper/best care. |

Please continue to pray for Amanda Willett's mom who is very ill and in the hospital. She is fighting pneumonia on top of congestive heart failure and severe diabetes. Please also keep Amanda and her family in your prayers as they deal with this very emotional time.
Chuck Taylor would like prayers for his Aunt Ellen Marthas who had a heart attack this morning and his Uncle Jimmy Kelly who is also very ill.
Karen Wagnon would like continued prayers for her mother who is very ill. The doctors are having a hard time treating her recent symptoms because of her current health problems. |

Tina Minetto requests prayers for someone she knows who lives in North Carolina and who is a very strong Christian. This person has been enduring the painful loss of a spouse (who was a Christian too~ Praise God!) who was tragically killed in a single car accident this past March 27th. Please pray for God's love, comfort and peace that passes all understanding to continue to sustain this person
Please be in prayer for Karen Wagnon's mom who has been hospitalized once again. She had not been feeling well again for the past week and was taken to the emergency room the end of the week and then hospitalized. She will be going through further testing to see what is going on and how to best treat her. |

Prayers are requested for a dad/husband who had two children to pass away from cancer and then learned on Friday that his own cancer has returned. Pray for this family as they deal with so many losses/illnesses within their family. Pray for God's special comfort on this family!
