Prayers, please, for a 12 year old youth living in an unhealthy home situation.  Prayers that the right people come together to right this situation and she can experience the love and caring that children need.

In early June, Danette asked for prayers for her friend who had lost her younger brother and had to travel to Indiana to tend to his matters, as well as to her aging father, with whom her brother had been living.  It is now over two months later, and Marcia is still in Indiana working through various matters concerning her father.  He is still not of the mind set to move home with his daughter and has been determined to be mentally competent (91 in November) and, therefore, she cannot take matters into her own hands to care for her Dad in the way she truly wants.  In addition, her marriage is in peril - for various reasons - and she is unable to be here in the present to work with that aspect of her personal life and is extremely homesick and lonely.   She has asked that we continue to include her in our Prayer Requests.
