MORNINGSTAR MINISTRY is looking for volunteers to help with Saturday Evening Snacks, Sunday Morning Breakfast and for Special Events.  If interested in volunteering within this ministry, please contact Donna Rickett at dlrickett@earthlink.net or (240) 925-6436 or (301) 475-5316.

HELPING HANDS FOOD PANTRY is in need of non-perishable food items:  peanut butter, jelly, spaghetti sauce, tuna fish, soup, macaroni n' cheese, canned meat, canned vegetables, tuna and chicken helpers, cereal, and instant mashed potatoes.  Grocery items can be left off in the information area at New Life Church.

MOVIE NIGHT - Girl's Movie Night will be held on Friday, August 24th from 6:00-10:00 p.m. in the sanctuary at New Life Church.  Plan to bring a snack to share.  6:00 p.m. showing will be "An Affair to Remember" and then at 8:00 p.m. "You've Got Mail".  Come for either one or both movies.
