Sarah Poythress requests prayers for Ana Martinez who is experiencing severe pain in her ear. Medicine has not helped as of yet. Please be in prayer for relief from the pain and a complete healing.
Jennifer Legacy is requesting prayers for her grandmother and her grandmother's 94 year old husband Morey who is in the end stages of terminal cancer. The biggest praise is that he is not experiencing any pain. Pray that he would pass peacefully and pray for the family especially his wife as they spend the last days with him here on earth. Pray also for Jen as she attempts to get things organized at home so that she can travel to Florida to be with her grandmother once Morey passes away.

HELPING HANDS FOOD PANTRY is in need of non-perishable food items: peanut butter, jelly, spaghetti sauce, tuna fish, soup, macaroni n' cheese, canned meat, canned vegetables, tuna and chicken helpers, cereal, and instant mashed potatoes. Grocery items can be left off in the information area at New Life Church.
MOVIE NIGHT - Girl's Movie Night will be held on Friday, August 24th from 6:00-10:00 p.m. in the sanctuary at New Life Church. Plan to bring a snack to share. 6:00 p.m. showing will be "An Affair to Remember" and then at 8:00 p.m. "You've Got Mail". Come for either one or both movies.
FAMILY CHURCH PICNIC - August 26th after the 11:15 service at New Life Church. There will be food, games, fellowship and Special Music by "Godspeed Praise Band". Bring a picnic dish to share.
