After several hours at the emergency room, the doctors sent Ramona's sister home!  Tests came back good and they have asked her to follow up with her family physician.  They believe she may be suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome, and other issues related to a health issue.  Please pray that God will heal her totally from this painful affliction.

Please pray for friends of Fred & Cindy Ferrer (Kara & Frank and their unborn baby girl).  They have recently found out that their daughter has a lethal form of dwarfism and after going to see specialists found that she also has the severest form of brittle bone disease.  If she can make it full term and can survive the birth, the doctors do not expect her to live 24 hours.  The doctors want Kara to terminate her pregnancy but their faith is strong & they want to meet their daughter & be with her as she passes into the Lord's hands.  Please lift them up in your prayers for strength, courage & unwaivering faith during this difficult time.   Kara & Frank have a 3 yr old son as well.

Denise Cox would like prayers of comfort and support for the family of her friend, Charlotte Moffatt, who died from a rare form of skin cancer on Monday.

Also, please pray for Denise Cox and her mother, who are going through some difficult times right now.  Pray that God would give strength of mind, body and spirit to both of them.

Pray for Lynn Treadway's friend, Ken Johnston, who will be having gall bladder surgery this week.  Pray for a successful surgery and speedy recovery.

Linda Hirshman's granddaughter Hope was born on August 13, 2007 to Linda's daughter Becky & son-in-law Eddie Kloiber. She was diagnosed at the hospital with Pulmonary Valve Stenois as being a mild case. Becky took her to children's' hospital today for a check-up and it has changed to a moderate case. Linda requests prayers for her little granddaughter and her Mom & Dad.  Hope is scheduled to go back to children's for another visit next Tuesday.

Praise Report and request for continued prayers for Bonnie Claire Shelton.  Preliminary test reports show NO CANCER - but possibly some type of "infection".  Not all clear yet and further testing from yesterday's biopsies are being done.  They are starting her on some antibiotics today and if all the rest of the reports come back good, she will be rescanned in three weeks.  This is really the most encouraging news that the family has received since the first reports last Friday afternoon - please continue to pray for Bonnie and for continued good reports from testing.

Karen Fenner requests prayers for her son Patrick who is on deployment in the Mediterranean for about seven months.  Patrick is homesick and Karen would love for her church family to pray for him and his ship the USS Ponce for a speedy and safe deployment while they are away.
