Prayer Requests - Monday, October 15

Nancy Batten requests Continued prayers Tony and Rina. When he developed the huge hematoma after coughing and breaking a stitch in his carotid, they had to take him into surgery again and he was weaned off the anesthesia, but didn't come out of it. He has been in a coma for 3 days. Comas sometimes are for healing and we pray that will happen and he will be well. They expect he may have some paralysis on his right side from his present reactions. They lost their older son just 2 yrs ago and Rina has been angry with God since that time. She doesn't know how to ask for His help right now, so we need to pray that she will feel the Lord surround her in His love and heal them both.
Please pray for Beth Morgan and her sister Dawn. Dawn has just been diagnosed with breast cancer and the prognosis is not good. Beth has been in North Carolina visitng with Dawn and will be returning to Maryland on Tuesday. Please keep them lifted in your prayers. FYI - Beth was a member of our recent Medical Mission Team to Guatemala.
