Betty Joffe requests prayers for the family of Mark Hart who died on Saturday. Prayers of praise to the Lord because Mark who was recently diagnosed with cancer did not have to suffer long and his death was peaceful. Pray for comfort and strength for his family.
Cheryl and Scott Hatch would like to thank everyone for their prayers for her dad, Collie Orpin. The doctors have determined that he did suffer a massive stroke to both sides of his brain. Scott and Cheryl are now praying for a miracle of recovery for Collie. Please continue to pray for Cheryl's dad and the entire family.
Prayers are requested for Steve DeLane's mother, Rita DeLane, who has been sick since Thanksgiving. She has fevers every day but the doctors cannot find any infection. Please pray for healing for Rita and for wisdom for the doctors that are treating her.
Please pray for Kirsty McGoey who was in training for Youth With A Mission in Colorado where the shootings took place this past weekend. Pray for the families and friends of the students who were killed. Pray for traveling mercies for Kirsty and other students who are going to take a break and go home to grieve and get strength back before finishing their outreach projects. Pray also for those who are staying over the holidays and will be away from family.
Fran Smith's mom is being transferred from Civista Hospital to GW Hospital today for further testing to see what is going on with her heart. She was diagnosed with flash pulmonary edema, congestive heart failure, and it was determined that she suffered a heart attack. The doctors will perform a cardio catherization. If there are only one or two blockages, they can do angioplasty. If there is major blockage, then they will have to do bypass surgery. Please pray for wisdom for the doctors and medical staff who will be treating her and for her healing.
Update on Dottie Zilliox - Dottie was taken off of the respirator successfully yesterday. Pray fully she will continue to make progress now without it and then be sent to a rehab facility eventually.
