Please pray for the son, mother, siblings, and other friends and family of Gary D. Willett, a member of the United States Army who was killed in Taji, Iraq, on Feb 8, and buried this past Wednesday.  Please pray that God provides peace, comfort, and a healed heart to all of Gary's family and friends.

Quite some time ago, we had a request to pray for Rick Legacy's dad who was to have treatment for his prostate cancer.  Rick's dad would like to thank everyone for their prayers - see Rick's and Rick's dad's comments below:
"Could you please post this as a praise report on the prayer net. This is a letter that my Dad wrote and asked that I get it to the church.  In January, he had seeds inserted to treat his prostate cancer.  He is still waiting to see if the seeds have done their job, but wanted us to know that he is thankful for the prayers and thoughts of our church family. A letter of appreciation to the people of God in Rick and Jenn’s wonderful church.  For you considerate thoughts and especially your prayers in my time of need.  I would say it did me good because of my prostate problems, it gives you a chance to realize how precious friends are but most important how blessed we are to have a blessed Savior to take our prayers too.  In our past life how did we ever survive without Him?  The seeds are in place, now all I have to do is wait to see the outcome.  In turn I will pray for you and your church for continued growth and with Pastor Mike leading you (I can see this happening).  Thank you all again so much.  Richard Legacy Sr."
