Jeni Ryskamp provides an update on her father's condition.  He was stabilized enough to be able to be flown to Duke University Hospital where he is being treated for his heart condition.  He is dealing with lots of challenges of which includes two infections in two valves of his heart.  Pray for wisdom for the doctors in how best to treat him, physical strength for Jeni's dad and for a sense of peace for Jeni's mom.

Colleen Morrill requests prayers for healing for Joshua Medlin who has been fighting a very rare form of cancer for over two years (Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor) of which there are only 200 known cases in the world! He had a bone marrow transplant in February of last year at NIH.  They found out in December that the cancer is back.  The Doctors have told the family that they do not think that there is much more they can do.  Josh will be going to Texas later this year to try new experimental treatments.  Pray for this family as they have some major decisions to make.  Pray that if it is God's will that Joshua will be healed from this rare form of cancer.  Pray also for his family during this difficult time.

Please pray for a single mom who is looking for a small affordable home in a safe area, hopefully in the  La Plata or Mechanicsville area.  Pray that God will lead her and her son in the right direction and give her the courage to make this move when it occurs.

Please pray for Cheri Monk's dad - Bob Daniels. He recently had some blood work done. The doctor's office left a message, "please arrange a time to speak with the doctor to discuss your results." He had prostate cancer a few years ago. You can guess the concern this type of phone message would bring up. Please pray that God's healing power will surround Bob on all sides and that what the doctor wants to discuss is only minor in nature. Please also pray for peace for Cheri's mom and dad during this time.
