Joy Hinton requests prayers for two young people in a motorcycle accident on Friday evening.  Prayers for Kasey Halt who sustained severe head and neck injuries, as well as a broken arm and wrist.  She had two plates installed in her head on Friday night and will undergo surgery on her neck this evening if her blood count is good.  Pray that Kasey will be able to have the surgery, for the doctors and the surgical team.  Also pray that she will not have any permanent brain damage.
The other person in the accident was Zach Welch, he severely injured his jaw, 7 ribs, one lung and shoulder.  Zach underwent 5-6 hours of surgery yesterday on his jaw.  He will spend the next few days in ICU and hopefully home by the weekend.

Landon Morrill had his counts checked today - his hemoglobin is at 4.6....this is very low.  He is being admitted to Johns Hopkins tonight for transfusions.  The good news is that his platelets are not going down and his white count is good.  Please pray that all goes well over the next 48 hours.

Elaine Vanderlinder is requesting prayers for a friend's brother, Billy Cates, who is in a life-threatening medical situation regarding complications from pneumonia and a heart attack. Billy needs a procedure done but doctors need to stabilize him first and are having difficulty doing so. Please keep Billy and his family lifted in prayer, and also the doctors as they try to help him.

Please be in prayer for Emma Ennis and family whose mother, Bertha Mills, passed away this weekend.  Funeral arrangements are as follows:

Viewing at Lee Funeral Home in Clinton on Wednesday, April 30 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
Service will be held at Lee Funeral Home on Thursday, May 1 at 10:00 a.m.
