Sarah Poythress requests prayers for Jane Beck who had surgery today to have a radical hysterectomy because a mass was found in one of her ovaries. Please pray that no cancer will be found, that there will be no complications, and that her recovery will be as pain-free as possible. Jane is a strong Christian so please pray that she will lean on the knowledge that God's presence is with her and that He will take care of all her needs. Also pray for God's peace to be with her family, especially the ones who live far away.
Praise Report from Mary Lockwood. Mary's niece Madison's tumor's test results came back as benign. The tumor is still very large and inoperable - wrapped around the brain stem - but treatable. Madison will have to under go a year's treatment of a form of Chemo to shrink the tumor but everyone is encouraged that this will be a success!! Thank you so much for your continued prayers.
Prayers are requested by Doris Ball for Chris Bowers who has been injured while serving in Iraq. Also, please keep this young man's family in your prayers as they are worried and frightened.
