Becky Towns would like to pass on an update on Wilson Horn who we are praying for because of a bad ear
infection that has moved to his bone. He is not out of the woods yet, doctors are trying different drugs
to fight the infection. He was not hospitalized but has been in the doctors office every day. He will see
an ENT doctor next week to discuss surgery.
Becky Towns would also like to request prayers for 6 year old Cole Whiting who is in remission for cancer
of his sinus's but now the doctors think he might have leukemia and have hospitalized him for further
testing. Please pray that Cole will pull through this like he did last time.
Please pray for Tim O'Connor's brother Larry who lives in Florida. He just found out he has liver cancer.
This is his fourth different cancer in the past few years.
Isunji would like to request prayer for her best friend's mother, Barbara, who was admitted to the hospital yesterday for chest pains. She is having a stress test done this morning so the doctors can determine what's happening. She's had a lot of family situations this past year including the recent death of her mother and has never had any major illnesses before. Isunji is believing that she's healed and that this turns out not to be anything serious. UPDATE - Isunji just received an update and all the tests came back clear and Barbara is being sent home - Praise God for this wonderful news!!!
Praise Report - As you may recall, we were asked to pray for a young couple who was expecting their first baby and had just found out from the doctors that the baby had a fatal form of dwarfism and the doctors really gave no hope to the parents for the baby to survive once born. I am happy to report that Addison Halsrud was born last night at 9:06 p.m. and she is small (2 lbs. 1 oz.) but appears to be free from the diagnosis that the doctors had initially given the parents. She does not have the dwarfism that was suspected! She was born about 2 1/2 months prematurely and is small but praise God she is alive! She will be in the hospital for quite some time and will go through thorough examinations to rule out any other problems. The parents are just ecstatic and grandparents Clyde and Antonella Halsrud are relieved and happy for this miracle!!! Please continue to pray for mom who did have to have a c-section and for baby Addison.
