Please pray for the family of Carolyn Burke as her mother-in-law, Lillian J. Burke passed away Saturday morning.  Her prayers are 2-4 and 6-8 at Raymond Funeral Home, Thursday, July 10th.  She will be laid to rest July 17th @ Arlington National Cemetery. She is the Grandmother of Brenda Denton and Great Grandmother of Jamie and Joshua Denton and Danielle Owen.

An update on my sister, Yvonne Barry whom was diagnosed with Non-hodgkins lymphoma cancer.  The lumps (nodules) have shrunk considerably with exception of one which is near her lung.  Yvonne also found out that this disease is terminal and unless she goes into remission (or is miraculously healed) will be fighting it the rest of her life.  I know God is a healing God, and I ask for continued prayers for Yvonne and her family.

Prayers are requested by Tim Rosenburger for his wife Lori who is 34 weeks pregnant and is in the hospital on complete bed rest and close observation for kidney problems.   Please pray for mom and baby as they rest and wait for a safe delivery of a healthy baby.

Rev. Randy Hess, pastor of Pleasant Hill Wesleyan Church, was admitted to the Medical Intensive Care Unit of the University of Maryland Medical Center early Wednesday Morning, July 9. Rev. Hess' red blood cell count keeps dropping, and he has already received twenty units of blood. He was placed on a respirator and was held in a drug-induced sedated state. The next 24 hours are critical. Please pray for Rev. Hess, his family and church, and the medical team.

Prayers are requested by a couple for their unborn baby boy.  Results from a recent sonogram show that there is some sort of kidney problem and they will be going for further testing next week.  Pray for favorable outcome from the testing and that the baby will be fine and that the rest of the pregnancy will go well and there will be no further complications.
