Jen Paris' 5 1/2 month old niece, Lillian, has just been diagnosed with a blocked and non-fuctioning left ventricle in her heart and the right ventricle is enlarged from doing all the work. She was suspected of having a heart murmur and has been dealing with pneumonia and acid reflux over the last few months and the primary physician wanted to get those things cleared up before seeing what was going on with her heart. They are at Children's Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware and are seeing the pediatric cardiologist today to determine what is going on and what they want to do next. Pray for the Lord's healing touch and presence with Jen's niece, His guidance with the doctors, and His strength with Jen's sister, her fiance, and the rest of the family.
Sharon requests Steve is undergoing testing for a mass in his right lung. Keep him in your prayers as he goes through the denial, anger, depression, and decision making stages of his health problem. Steve believes in Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father, and the Holy Spirit-----He Is Saved.
Danette Jones shares an update on young Sean Alan Runyon, born prematurely on 08/12/08 (due 10/8/08). While little Sean is not yet completely out of the woods, there is good news in that the tear in his lung has repaired, he's now been successful in taking breast milk from a bottle, his weight loss has stabilized and his Mom got to hold him finally! There is no greater strength than the power of prayer! Thanks to all who have kept Sean in their hearts and prayers.
