Please pray for the young man who was stabbed by his girlfriend yesterday and was hospitalized in serious condition. He did survive the attack and seems to be in good spirits, but he has no health insurance and will not be able to work for a while. Please pray for his family and especially his young son, who is now staying with his grandmother after the attack occurred. And finally, please pray for the young woman (and mother) who did this. May she come to know Jesus so that He can turn her life around.  

Patty Brien would like prayer for someone she knows and this person's entire family.  They are in a desperate situation which has caused the family to be separated and put with others for their safety.  There is to be a court hearing this coming week and hopefully this will all be over soon.

Patty would also like prayers for a co-worker and her co-worker's boyfriend as they were the victims of an attempted armed robbery that took place on Wednesday early morning.  Her boyfriend suffered from a broken arm from blocking a gunshot to the face and hit his face and broke some teeth.  He is in a lot of pain and Ruth is still really emotionally upset.  She does praise God that it was God that protected them through this ordeal.

Patty would also like us to keep her daughter Nicole in prayer as she will be going through her 4th surgery to correct the hyperhydrosis that she has suffered from since birth.  She will have surgery on August 28th.  Pray for the success of this surgery and that this surgery will be the final one necessary for her condition.
