Carole Russell requests prayers for God's healing touch for a friend who is dealing with very serious health issues.  May God's comfort and strength also help the family deal with all that is before them.

Prayers are requested for the family of Irene Wood (grandmother to Karen Fenner/Patty Brien/Diane Dye and mother-in-law to Carole Wood).  Irene passed away Sunday evening.  Her funeral will be on Thursday, February 5th at Christ Episcopal Church in La Plata.

Prayers are requested for Guy White who had a recurrence of cardiac symptoms and had an abnormal stress test.  Guy had a heart catherization today which also resulted in another stent being added.  He had a major blockage (over 90%).  If all goes well tonight, he should be able to come home tomorrow.

Prayers are requested for the person who has been dissatisfied in their job and who has applied for a new position.   Pray that God would provide encouragement to this person both in his current job and in his job search.

Prayers are requested by Cindy for baby Emily who was born a month ago and was born six weeks premature.  She is still hospitalized and receiving assistance with her breathing.  Pray for a full recovery and for no permanent problems and that the first time parents will be able to bring their baby home soon.

Denise Cox requests prayers for Colleen Bell who was seen by a specialist today due to a possible burst vein in her left eye that was causing her vision to be impaired.  She will not have to have surgery on her eye at this time but will be followed up again to see if further treatments will be necessary.
