Pray for a troubled marriage. Pray that God would become the center of this marriage and that this couple would know to turn to Him for the guidance that is needed always but especially now.
Joann Carlucci requests prayers for her daughter-in-law's father.
"First, I would like to request that everyone pray for my father! After six weeks of ups and downs, the doctors have confirmed that he has an infection in his pancreas and he will be having surgery at 4:30 p.m. this evening. It is a high risk surgery and the doctors have told us if he does not have the surgery, he will not make it so this is his only chance for survival. As far as the surgery goes, they will have to clean out the infection and cut out any part of his pancreas that could be dead. There is also a chance that his whole pancreas could be dead and they would have to remove it. The doctors have also told us that he will be very sick again after the surgery so we will have to take it day by day for at least a week or two. The doctors could not really give us odds but said that there are 4 factors that make this risky, (1) the surgery itself, (2) the fact that my father is very overweight, (3 & 4) that he has kidney failure and that his lungs are not functioning to full capacity (he is on a ventilator). So as you can see, he needs all the prayers he can get!"
