Please pray for Dave Monk’s father, Bob Monk. He is undergoing a lung biopsy this morning. Please pray for God’s healing power to completely surround this situation and all involved in it; peace for Dave’s dad, Dave and the rest of family; and abundant wisdom for the doctors. May the doctors be amazed at the awesome power of our God and the next time we meet be in thankful praise.
Sarah Poythress requests prayers for Steve Tucker and his family. Steve had a heart attack around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. Fortunately, he was at home instead of away at work and his wife and son were able to call 911 for him to be rushed to the hospital. After being stabilized, they did a cath and found two 100% blockages which doctors were able to open one all the way and stint but the other would only open 40% and they were unable to stint. Steve in in the hospital CICU. His wife Rita, Steve and their two sons are all very strong Christians and Rita has asked Sarah to ask for prayers from everyone Sarah knows because they believe in the power of prayer. Please pray with us that Steve will be healed and that God will give Rita and the boys strength as they face this trial.
Patti Mercogliano requests prayers for her good friend's grandson Lucas who is not quite two and is facing another surgery to have another brain tumor removed on Thursday in Philadelphia. Please pray for the success of this surgery, for God's guidance over the surgeons who will be performing this delicate surgery. Pray for the parents and other family members who are naturally concerned for this little guy.
Kay Gienger requests prayers for her husband Frank who has been in extreme pain with a herniated disk in his neck. The disk is pressing on his spinal cord. Nothing seems to relieve the pain for very long. Surgery is tentatively scheduled for March 10th. Pray for the success of this surgery and that Frank will be free from the extreme pain he has been experiencing.
