Colleen Morrill requests prayers for Louise Linassi.  Louise is at Civista Hospital with cancer of the spine that has spread to her brain.  As can be imagined, she is in severe pain.

Julie Youman's requests prayers for Michele Avrick's sister-in-law, Mary, who has recently started treatment for Triple Negative Breast Cancer, which was fortunately found early.  She is on her second of eight chemo treatments.  In the meantime, Mary's husband, Harvey, went to the doctor for some back pain he thought was due to shoveling snow months ago.  The doctor found multiple tumors along his spine, as well as cancer in the lymph nodes in the gastro peritoneal area.  Basically, he has metastatic cancer, which means that it is stage IV and is terminal.  Please pray for healing, comfort, peace and for Harvey's, Salvation.

Jan Degruy reports that her daughter Megan is in the hospital.  Surgery is going to be the only option they think but right now Megan is just on a lot of pain med (makes a mother nervous).  The other issue is that when she gets too much medication, she forgets to breath!  Please pray that her pain will be controlled enough to go home and that her symptoms will give her a break.  Please also pray that the family knows which doctors to trust with this next decision.  Megan is real frustrated.  If she doesn't finish this school year on time, she may not graduate on time, which is another frustration.

Prayers of praise for the birth on Sunday, April 26th of Lily Anne Rose Hancock (granddaughter of Gloria Lakner).  Mom (Susie Hancock) and baby are both doing great!  Lily joins her parents (Susie & John Hancock) and three brothers and they all currently live in Tennessee.

Prayers are requested for the family of Jennifer Gray.  Jennifer passed away suddenly this past Saturday.  Her funeral arrangements are as follows:
Viewing - Friday, May 1st from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. @ Huntt Funeral Home in Waldorf, Maryland
Funeral - Friday, May 1st @ 11:30 a.m. @ Huntt Funeral Home in Waldorf, Maryland
Burial - Immediately following funeral at Heritage Cemetery.  Meal for family and friends will follow at Middleton Hall.
Pray for the person who is trusting that God will help in finding the best employment which will best meet this family's needs.

Pray for the family of the 30-year old woman who was killed by her husband, who then took his own life, with their two children present, but unharmed.  They are now with their grandfather.  Please be in prayer for him, the children and all family members and friends who will be looking for answers to explain this tragedy.  Please also pray for those individuals who are facing such trauma to permit them to even have such thoughts that they may seek God's grace and understanding to guide them through, without committing such acts.
