Update on Greg Armstrong - Greg's surgery yesterday went well and he is doing fine since surgery. By last night they had taken him off the pacemaker and ventilator and he had already started the getting out of ICU process (coughing, breathing exercises, etc.). The family thanks you for your prayers and asks that you please continue to pray for Greg.
Update on Steve Jones - Steve's back surgery yesterday went well. He came out of anesthesia well and there was no nerve damage. He has already had some pain relief. The doctor said it was one of the most difficult surgerys he has done and it will be a while before knowing long term improvement. Steve was scheduled to be released by today.
Prayers are requested by a daughter for her mom who suffers from osteoporosis. Pray for her to have some freedom from pain.

Please be in prayer for the friend of the Clagetts who is over in Afghanistan and many of the members in his unit, 169 Vipers, Marines, were killed in a helicopter crash. The friend of the Clagetts was not in the crash. However, his roommate was killed. The unit is to come home in 2 1/2 weeks. Please pray for all of the families and friends of the unit involved!
Dawn Frohlich has an appointment with a pain management specialist on Tuesday. Please pray that the doctor can provide some relief from the chronic pain in her shoulder.
Please continue to pray for Holli White, music director at Good Shepherd UMC and leader of Godspeed praise band. She continues to fight H1N1 and is in isolation in ICU, where she cannot have visitors except immediate family. She had a difficult day Monday and we need to fervently lift her up in prayer.
