Paul and Denise McMahan request prayers for their nephew, Nick, in college in Florida, who has been diagnosed with H1N1 flu.  Glory to God for his healing from cancer, and expected healing from this flu.

Please pray for the couple who have been approved to adopt a child.  Pray that the adoption process will continue smoothly and without any major difficulties and that they would receive God's blessing of a child.

Prayers are requested - that a father and son would not "neglect the gathering of the believers".

Please be in prayer for BJ Treadway who will be having minor surgery this Thursday.  Pray for the success of the surgery and for a good recovery after surgery.

Prayers are requested for Susan Frasher who will be having surgery this Thursday.  Pray that this surgery will go well and that she will receive good results after surgery.

Debbie Gilley requests prayers for her niece 15 year old Karly Koch.  Karly has had a rare genetic immunological disorder and just recently started experiencing severe pain and headaches in her right eye and her right eye has stopped moving.  The doctors have initially diagnosed this recent problem as possibly 6th nerve palsy.  Karly has been flown from Indiana to NIH on Thursday and is going through further testing to try to determine exactly what is causing her recent problems and how to best treat this condition.  Please be in prayer for her doctors that they would be able to clearly diagnose Karly's medical condition and that she would receive the necessary treatment.

Please be in prayer for Bill Dotson and family as Bill's dad passed away earlier today.  Pray for God's comfort for this family during this difficult time.

Visitation - Thursday, November 12th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Raymond Funeral Home in La Plata.
Funeral - Friday, November 13th @ 11:00 a.m. @ Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Waldorf.
Life Celebration - Godspeed Praise Band is hosting a Life Celebration in Holli's Honor at New Life Church in La Plata on Saturday, November 14th @ 7:30 p.m.
