Please be in prayer for Denise & Chris Forshey and family as Chris' mom has been hospitalized since just before Christmas with septic shock and kidney failure resulting from an infection.  She has not improved and the family has to decide whether to continue/remove life support today.  Pray for unity in this difficult decision.  Also pray for God's touch and encouragement for this family.  Chris' father passed away just over a year ago and one of his sisters was in a serious accident in the fall that rendered her a paraplegic.

Danette Jones' friend Jackie, her husband and her father are in need of some very strong prayers.  Her husband had surgery to remove a polyp in later November, considered to be routine.  After surgery he had an abscess and a hole at the surgery site.  Two months later, he’s still at home with an IV and liquid diet.  The doctors think he’s improving and possibly 3-4 more weeks before the hole closes.  Jackie’s mother and father meanwhile went to San Diego to visit their daughter the Monday following Christmas and her father was rushed to the ER on New Year’s Eve with gallbladder problems.  The doctors determined the surgery needed to be immediate and when they went in to operate, they found the gallbladder fused to his liver and excessive bleeding began.  Mr. Donnelly is on Coumadin, which thins the blood and presents its own problems when bleeding occurs.  They had to close him without completing the surgery to try to bring his red blood cells up and he’s currently in ICU.  Jackie and her husband, Steve, adopted a boy 4 years ago, and Steve has been a stay at home Dad ever since.  Reese is confused, scared and feeling lost all around.  Meanwhile, Jackie is a very successful professional with huge time constraints.  She’s had assistance with Reese and some with Steve, but this is just so much on her shoulders right now.  She wants to be with her father in California, but needs to be with her husband and son in Virginia.  Please put out there prayers not only for Steve and Mr. Donnelly, but for Jackie as well as she deals with the inner turmoil of the health of these two loved ones and her son and work.  She’s carrying a huge load right now, but knows God and knows that all is in His hands
