Prayer Requests - Wednesday, January 13th

Don and Barbara Moreland request prayers for their eight year old great grandson Donovan. Donovan has been having double vision and his favorite past time is reading. He is not into sports and he doesn't want to lose his eyesight. He went to Children's Hospital on January 12th to discuss with a surgeon when his surgery will be. He has been diagnosed with "Horner's Syndrome". This usually occurs as an infant but the doctors are concerned because it has just come on him at the age of eight and he now has double vision.
Prayers are requested for a daughter-in-law's father who was hospitalized for almost a year due to pancreatitis. He was finally released and was rehabbing at a nursing home in Clinton. He had a seizure and was transported to a hospital recently. After a CT scan they found a brain tumor or lesion. He will be transferred to Georgetown Hospital for possible surgery.
BJ Treadway requests prayers for a co-worker's step-father who was just diagnosed with terminal cancer. He has cancer in his liver, in his lungs, and in his spinal cord. Please pray for God's healing hand to be upon this person and please pray for strength for the entire family during this difficult time.
Amanda Willett requests prayers for friends who are in the process of adopting little Christopher from an orphanage in Haiti and have been waiting for a year for the final paperwork, have gone countless times to visit, and now the earthquake has hit and they are desperate for information. All they know is that the area of the orphanage was hit hard, but that the UN is there and rescuing children. Please pray with all your might for all involved.
Pray for all of those who have been affected by the devastation left behind after the earthquake that hit Haiti. Pray for the victims, pray for the rescue efforts and pray for those who are quickly traveling from other parts of the world to help out with the rescue efforts.
Pray for the person who is looking for employment - pray that God would direct them to the right place of employment.
