Prayers of comfort are requested for the family of the person who passed away yesterday after battling a very aggressive form of cancer. 

Jan Degruy requests prayers for her daughter Megan.  The doctors are still trying to figure out what is causing Megan to not feel well.  Pray that the doctors will be able to make a clear diagnosis and that they can treat Megan so that she will feel better soon.

Pray for the youth and adult leaders from New Life Church who will be traveling to New York City Friday evening - Monday afternoon for a prom alternative weekend.  Pray for safe travel to/from and pray for this weekend to be a great and meaningful ministry opportunity for all.

Pray for the dental mission team from New Life Church who will be traveling back home from Haiti tomorrow.  Pray for their safe travel home and pray for those people that they ministered to this week.

Pray for those who may be affected by the volcano that erupted in Guatemala.  There has been one reported fatality of a news reporter and then some damages to homes/structures right near the volcano.  The Pacaya Volcano (15 miles south of Guatemala City) erupted yesterday and ash rained heavily on Guatemala City.  This has caused the airport in Guatemala City to be closed which may prevent Sarah Poythress from returning home as scheduled.  Sarah has been in Guatemala with IMPACTO Ministry the past two weeks and is due to return home tomorrow.   Again pray for those affected by the volcano!
