Prayers are requested for David and Kim Hayes as they travel to North Carolina this weekend to attend David's grandmother's funeral.  Pray for God's comfort for the family as they deal with this great loss.

Prayers of praise for the birth of a new son to Chris & Natalie Willis today at 2:16 p.m.  Luke Cameron Willis weighs 6 lbs. 15 ozs. and has fuzzy blonde hair.  Mom and baby are doing great!  Please join Natalie & Chris in praising God for this new blessing in their life.

Danette Jones requests prayers for her mother, Rita Hensley, who was transported to the emergency room at Southern Maryland Hospital yesterday afternoon and later admitted for what appears to be the onset of heart failure.  She turned 81 on June 7th of this year and is becoming quite frail physically, while still very strong in spirit and mind.  Please pray for her healing, both physically and emotionally, as well as for the doctors who are caring for her.
