Please continue to keep Danette Jones' friend’s son, Tommy, who was hit by a train last July in your prayers.  The slow procedure of repairing his leg has taken a turn.  He’s been wearing a cylindrical brace on his left knee since his first surgery, with complications from infection on two occasions.  A follow-up to his doctor on Monday was hoped to be good news that some of the straps of the brace could be removed to give some flexibility to see if he could put weight on it.  It appears the bones are not aligning in his knee and now the doctor has advised the family that they can either repeat the surgery, with the possibility again of infection, or, alternatively, amputation.  Please pray for the Lord to be with him during this extremely hard decision making. 

Please also pray for the 14-year old nephew of another of Danette's friend who was climbing a fence during a la crosse game to retrieve a ball and the fence gave way, resulting in two compound fractures.  His surgery went well, but the healing process will be slow.  Please pray that his young bones will heal sufficiently to not prevent him from playing any future sports, but at the very least to survive the healing process with no complications.

Please also pray for Danette's friend Robin who moved back to the area in 2008, and has been unable to find a full-time job.  God has kept her in employment, through temporary positions and contracting, but her efforts to secure a full-time job continue on after two years.  She has handed it over to the Lord, but at this point, her contract with Homeland Security is up at the end of this month and she is feverishly applying for positions, but with nothing to look forward to after March 31^st.

Terri Kahouk requests prayers for Stella who is only 43 years old and battling stage 4 breast cancer.  She has been accepted in a clinical trial at Georgetown.  Pray that this treatment will help Stella be a long term survivor.
