Please be in prayer for Ridge and Debbie Gilley and family as they mourn the sudden passing away of their young son Reid.

Pray for the person undergoing surgery  on Thursday, June 30th.  Pray for the doctors and medical staff who will be taking care of this person; and pray that the surgery is successful in relieving the pain that the individual has been dealing with for several months.  Also pray for a successful and quick recovery after surgery.

Pray for a mother of two middle school aged girls, who is currently working part-time, has recently been divorced, and is in the middle of losing her home.   Pray that she finds and trusts in Christ and knows that He can provide her comfort and the courage and strength to see through this difficult time.  She is seeking a full time administrative/business assistant job and a place to live in the LaPlata area for her and her daughters.  Pray that she finds a full time position and home very soon.

Pray for a mother of a six year old boy who is in a bad living situation with the father of her son.   Pray that God provides her the courage, strength, and wisdom to get them out and on their own.  Pray for the father that he comes to Christ and learns to control his anger and seeks help for this and his depression.  Pray that the son of this man does not continue to grow up thinking that it is ok to treat woman and others in the manner that his father has done. 

Pray for a husband who a few years ago revealed to his wife that he had an affair; but ended it.  The couple were and remain married with two young children currently seven and five.  Pray that the husband has the strength to stay faithful to his wife even if he fears that she has not forgiven him and may have been or is being unfaithful to him now.  Pray that God heals this broken relationship and gives the couple strength to forgive each other's past mistakes and sins and see through this difficult time.

Pray for a cousin who has a rare bone cancer that was in remission.  During her routine six month check up, the doctors found a spot on her lung and informed her that the cancer has returned.  Pray that God blesses the doctors with the wisdom to find proper treatment for her; and that she and her family stay strong and see that there is hope since she fought and won this battle once before.  Pray that they know and lean on Christ to see them through this difficult time.
