The missionary we have been asking prayers for is still in ICU. The doctors think the malaria is basically over but it has ravaged his body and left him very weak. His liver, pancreas and other organs are working overtime and not able to handle the strong meds he has been given in addition to the disease itself. He is in a lot of pain and has stopped eating. The past two days he has suffered with severe vomiting and diarrhea. Tubes are being put in for drainage because he is too weak to survive surgery. Also, tubes are feeding him. The doctors say that all this is part of the process of healing and he is a very strong and lucky man to have survived the extremely aggressive form of malaria that hit his body. His family is with him and his home church pastor. Everyone gives all the credit to God for sparing his life. Please continue to pray as this young man fights for his life. We know that God is in control and pray for His will to be done.

Please lift up a young person who is dealing with a lot of things that are overwhelming and overtaking him. He needs prayer for safety/protection, strength and wisdom.
